What is ZER000?

As a ZER000 customer, you can pay off your iPhone for a maximum of 36 months. The k kiosk outlets themselves can not purchase iPhones.

What's so special about ZER000?

What does "Apple Authorized Reseller" mean?

This means that Valora will work directly with Apple for this offer. This gives customers the same benefits as buying the product directly from the Apple Store. In particular, a 2 year iPhone warranty and access to Apple's service partner network for repairs or complaints.

Can customers return or repair defective iPhones at the kiosk?

Do I actually pay any interest?

No. Zer000 does not charge interest on monthly installments. You as a customer pay only the full invoice amount divided into up to 36 equal monthly installments. If you do not pay on time, you may incur additional costs for reminder fees. It is therefore advisable to set up a standing order.

Do I really have to make any prepayment?

No. In case of financing, no deposit is required.

Which requirements are necessary for a financing contract?

The conditions for financing are Swiss residence, proof of valid ID and a minimum age of 18 years.

How do I pay back?

You choose the desired number of monthly installments (12-36) when purchasing. Thereafter, the total amount is paid periodically, in equal monthly installments. The installments are due on the 1st of each month, for the first time in the month after the conclusion of the financing agreement.

Can I repay the financing early?

Yes, you can pay the total amount with a one-time payment. There are no additional costs.

How can I cancel the financing contract?

You have the right at any time to pay the outstanding invoice amount without any additional costs. All you have to do is transfer the amount to Bob Finance. An additional agreement is not necessary for this.

Does it make any difference if you buy the Apple accessories online or at a Valora store?

No. The range of Apple accessories offered at is offered at the same prices as in Valora stores.

Who pays the postage?

We pay the postage for your shipment. You receive the franking by email. You therefore simply have to print out the franking, stick it onto your parcel and take the parcel to any post office.

What should I do with the delivery note?

The delivery note serves as a form of identification. It contains important information for our employees. Please print it out and insert it at the top of the parcel contents.

What should I do if I don’t have a printer?

You can also frank the parcel and send it in yourself. Important: please enclose a note stating the order number and your personal details.

Can I also bring my device along directly?

Yes, you are welcome to pop in during our opening hours. We will process your order on site.

When will I receive my money?

As soon as we have received the device and it has passed the incoming goods inspection, payment will be confirmed and subsequently triggered. The money should normally be transferred to your account within 48 hours.
